2. Do you ship? Yes, we do ship. After you choose the slab you are interested in, we would have to get a shipping quote from a domestic freight shipper. We will send you a quote for packaging and shipping, but we need to know which slab you want so we know the dimensions and weight.

3. Is the lumber kiln dried? Yes, we kiln dry everything in our dehumidification dry kiln. Once dried, we store our slabs and lumber indoors in our warehouse.

4. What is board foot? It is how lumber is measured. One "board foot" is a piece of lumber that is 1" thick, and 12" wide by 12" long. This measurement is used to tell how much wood is in a stack of lumber or in a live edge slab. The calculation is Length (feet) x Width (inches) x Thickness (inches) / 12.

The Merriam-Webster definition for board foot is: a unit of quantity for lumber equal to the volume of a board 12 × 12 × 1 inches - abbreviation bd ft
